Well.
Older folks can get confused. We did, after all save all you young un's from Godless Communism.
So I think younger folks should work on being more alert. For all we know, all the other people were driving the wrong way. That's my guess.
And by the way, older folks should NOT have to take driver tests to renew drivers licenses. We have been driving for years and have perfected our skills.
