I've never tried that. Humm...
I have pizza dough that I cut into discs and put in the freezer. I just take out a couple, defrost them and then heat up the pan quite thoroughly. Like 10 minutes or so to get really nice and evenly hot. A layer or spray of oil on the bottom and drop it in and let it cook 3 or 4 minutes on each side. Pretty good and a different kind of texture also. By the way, deep fried pizza is yum too, but I never make it. I knew this girl once who only knew how to deep fry everything. Everything was fried in tons of oil or crisco. She made great fried pastries and great fried pizzas. She didn't know how to bake, grill or boil apparently. How does one boil pizza? Not pizza silly. Just anything. Not even potatoes.

Not for me...I have an aversion to chemical orange. Not me... it may not be for every day meals... but every now and then chemical orange carbs are my friend.

Back in my bachelor days Mac and cheese with added jalapeños was a common meal. I don't touch the stuff now, dietary restrictions, I certainly miss my youthful gut of iron.

I nearing 60 and I'm eating all the jalapenos and spicy salsa while I still can. I made fire roasted jalapeno(from the garden), avo & cucumber sushi for dinner last night.

I don't make it often but a good pot of homemade Mac and Cheese is the bomb. With bacon.

As mentioned in another thread... I found some Moroccan harissa sauce at Grocery Outlet so I made a kind of stew with it.
It would have been more authentic if I had some dried apricot and raisins on hand and used conscious instead of brown jasmine rice, but it was still awesome AND super easy.

I looked for that harissa here but they didn't have it. My friend in SF got it too.

That looks delicious, VS!
Hubby has been sick the last week and a half... 5 hour stay at Urgent Care, followed up with a 10+ hour stay at ER. He's now on day 4 of a liquid diet. Today is our anniversary and our anniversary dinner consisted of Chicken Noodle Soup (his was strained).

How RUDE! We know what you mean be that.
Whatever you smoke, you may want to give it up.
Scrapper's plate looked REALLY GOOD to me.
Yummy. I meant exactly that.
