Most of the bad scores in the past were due to cultural difference.
Like the time they raided Chinatown in SF because of Peking ducks hanging in the windows. The truth being they were like beef jerky, not needing refrigeration. But White Anglo health inspectors knew nothing.

I have eaten there for years and can't recall thinking they made me sick.
I can recall many times I thought Carl's or Burger King or others had got me, but I eat there far more often, so I expect that.
The issue is when you make min. wage, often you can't afford to take a day off when your sick.
I'm that much stronger, now that I've been inoculated.
