Solution as stated by the Enviro Extremist: Stop Logging to Save the Owl.

Problem as stated by the Enviro Extremist: The Spotted Owl is still being wiped out, but, by a different species of Owl.

Solution as stated by the Enviro Extremist: Kill off the other Owl.

How do we know which is the indicator species? Who decides?
